At CMR Services Quality Control is very important to us.
In order to keep track of what has been done, Performance Sheets are filled out by our personnel when any service is completed.
Customer Quality Control Survey’s are sent out with invoices and via Email after the service is performed. Our customers can then fill out the form and mail it back to us or complete the form on the cmrservicesinc.com web site.
We encourage our customers to contact us whenever they have a question or a concern regarding any of our services. Communication is very important to overall performance.
