SNOW REMOVAL

Snow removal services are provided to assist in creating a safe and usable property. In the event of snow fall, CMR Services will remove snow from the parking areas when the depth of the snow reaches approximately 2 inches (or more). Snow will be removed from the walkways when there is any accumulation present. On any days when there is precipitation on the ground and the temperature in the area is at or below freezing, ice melt will be applied to walkways and other critical areas.
